Kai Grossmann
Senior Advisor
Kai joined Fraser in 2026 as a Senior Advisor and brings 30 years of industry and operational leadership in digital, cloud, and AI transformation. He advises management teams and private equity investors on building and scaling category-leading technology services firms.
Previously, Kai served as COO of Aperto AG, where he led the company’s strategic development and ultimately oversaw its successful acquisition by IBM in 2016. Following the acquisition, Kai was appointed CEO of IBM iX in Germany and Switzerland and served on the board of IBM iX DACH until 2024.
Kai holds MSc. (Dipl.-Ing.) and M.A. (Dipl.-Kommunikationswirt) degrees from HTW University Berlin.
