Dr. Clemens Gocke
Clemens joined Fraser in 2020, with 25+ yrs of experience in senior corporate development, corporate finance, and financial controlling roles in Frankfurt and London.
Following corporate development and financial controlling positions at Sanofi-Aventis (then Hoechst AG) and E.ON (then Veba AG), Clemens held various senior roles at Deutsche Bank, Credit Suisse, and Quirin Privatbank, focusing on M&A, IPO’s, restructuring, and special situations. Most recently, Clemens has advised large-cap financial institutions on risk management, and mentored early and growth stage ventures in the sector, particularly in the emerging Berlin and Munich fintech clusters.
Clemens holds Ph.D. (Dr. rer. pol.) and M.Sc. degrees in Operations Research from University of Cologne. He was a scholar (and Ph.D. scholar) of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).
